Dry Fast 2.0 Day #1
I had a small refeed yesterday and lots of liquids, I'm now ready to begin a new Dry Fast.
The gained weight I assume is mostly water and food in my bowel.
I hope this time around I can reach my goal of 200hrs! Dry Fasting is amazing!

Water Fast Day #8
I resumed water yesterday afternoon- my mouth was too dry after 160hrs Dry Fasting.
As soon as I feel fully rehydrated, I'll start a new Dry Fast. It is absolutely great!
My ketosis is still high at 80mg/dL

Dry Fast Day #7
My journey is going well so far, apart from my terrible dry mouth and my sleepless nights.
My vitals are all good and ketosis is in high traces as usual.
When Dry Fasting I learn how precious could be a simple glass of fresh water!
We really don't need to eat that often. However, people keep on stuffing their mouths with food every minute of the day. I'm sure cavemen were not doing the same but human beings survived till today with definitely less diseases than we have now.
