Dry Fast Day #7
yesterday it was a long and exhausting day, but I felt feel of energy, regardless of the 6 days without food & water! Today my ketones level is down at 50mg/dL - plus the fast is affecting again my sleep so only 2.5hrs of rest 😔
Thank goodness is Friday today!!

Dry Fast Day #6
I feel good today, I believe I prep much better this time around for my fast, I don't feel thirsty and my mouth feeling is still bearable. Aiming for 200hrs!
