Can somebody help me? I keep reading about this periodic fasting but I cannot figure out how it is supposed to work/ how often should on do it?

And here we go again. My husband went out and I am sort of glad because I can (could) treat myself to something yummy... but no!! I must resist... I must! Must I?...😳

Good weight loss today (4 pounds in 1 day) but I guess that I have so much water weight... hopefully the weight loss will continue when I get to the fat ;)

Off to a not so great start with exercise... did not do my dance workout today and I have been lazy and busy with housework I only achieved a little over 5,500 steps today. Plus I have such a headache... I think it must be from an overworked liver given the weight gain and all the binging of the past few weeks... hopefully it will get better with the diet.

Ok weighting in for the first time. The amount of weight that I am to lose is SCARY. I have been struggling with weight my whole life but I am now almost 40 pounds heavier than I was three years ago. I don't recognize myself in the mirror, my energy is way down and the "fun" me is no longer there.
But I am confident that I can do it: I really want to be back!!!
I am trying this French diet that allows you a very fatty breakfast, a protein packed lunch and an evening snack... dinner is optional. It is supposed to work in three phases. Phase 1, the most restrictive, is called "demarriage express" which I guess means express slimming. It is advertised to make one lose at least 8 kilos in four weeks... well I guess it is advertising... but still let's hope to see some results fast!!
