A bad week. Started Noom. Over my food intake daily but seeing the issues. Eating more greens aiming for a turn around. A really bad and longer period with blood clots. Not a lot of cramps but definitely lots of blood. Didn’t get a lot of walking in either. Been cold and rainy.

Period again day 2
Joined Noom on May 1st 2wks free plus total 4 months if I stay on let’s see how it goes
Drove cassandra back to Ottawa May 1 & 2 so not really good eating days but we will focus today.
