Recently received my prep cycle belt (2 belts before Black Belt in Muay Thai) I carb loaded the week before the test and the week after. BG was up as predicted, so going back to the basics and keeping the carbs within the parameters we set out.
Yesterday - 37g no exercise.
Today - 70g with and hour of BJJ rolling for activity level.

For whatever reason tonight, my blood glucose went down to 3.5mmols. That’s not happened in a long while. So hence the chipits snacks. Brought it back up to 5.9mmols. 😳

I don’t eat breakfast on Saturday mornings. I start off w/ kickboxing at 8:30am & then follow w/ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at 9:15 for 45mins. My BG spiked higher than ever, as the workout this morning in kbxing was super intense! Liver was busy making sugar!
