Back on the counting wagon and oh is it annoying. I hate it. Especially annoyed that I can't find the sync function on new phone with updated FS version. So I have to enter all food on phone or all on computer. And weight doesn't sync either. Weak sauce. Anyways. Stressful times in my life and have not been able to run (what really makes the difference for me in weight loss) but getting back on it.

CAN'T SYNC MY PHONE TO FS
Some food I write down at computer, some I record in phone. In new version of FS for Android, it appears no option to sync. Am I just missing it?

BACK ON THE WAGON
The logging wagon that is. Tracking everything I eat is the hardest thing for me. I love running, biking, and Pilates. I have a hard time carving out the time though, and that's what the food logging is too. I don't want to take a couple minutes to do it. But it's a must and I'm back on it along with y'all.
Anyways, in spite of my not consistently logging, the weight is going down. I was 130.0 exactly on Tues., so at least 1 lb. this week (Mon. 11/3 weigh in was 131.0) , and yesterday I bought a 27 (size 6) pair of Seven jeans, which are cut a little narrow anyways. They're a bit snug and I like a little more room, so it's about a week until I'll wear them, but happy to have a size 6 in my closet, and be bagging up clothes to donate. I'm especially happy that I'll be giving to the Downtown Women's Center (www.dwcweb.org) and their store, MADE (http://www.dwcweb.org/MADE/). Throwing that out there in case anyone is in the LA area and would like to donate - or shop. :)
My next goal is improving my running time. I'd like to maintain a 9:00 pace over 6 miles. Right now my pace is a 10:00-10:30 or so. The leaner I get, the better I run. I wonder if I could get to a 9:00 by March 1.
