still no movement on the scale but a big difference in how my clothes fit. I guess it will catch up eventually

still no change on the scale but upping my exercise every day so it should show in the numbers soon. I'm not worried

no change this week which is very surprising as I made sure my exercise and diet were right on track. just keep on it and should have a good drop next week

Ha! Even a weekend indulging at a resort in Kananaskis didn't stop my momentum this week. Adding another 500 daily steps to my goal this week and another flight of stairs

so, doing stairs today and I suffer from extreme RA. That being said, I NEED to make my big butt a little smaller. So I WILL do the stairs, and the walking, and everything else I need to do to make it easier on my joints. Just read this interesting piece in case you haven't seen it before:
