I have been eating too many sweets. Everyday is too much for me. I will cut back to two days a week. That will be a lot better. My sweets have also been high calorie ones like cake and pie.

I bought a few things for the holidays I don't always buy, but I always have neighbors to share extra food with so I do not consume too many calories. I will be careful with how many chips I eat today and be sure to walk for some exercise.

I gained a few pounds because I ate hot dogs, some sweets, and some potato chips. I am back to regular eating healthy again now. I don't want to do this again. I hope when temptation comes again I will not give in. I will have fruit and veggies the next few days and only buy good stuff at the grocery store Wednesday.
