Well, the proof is in the pudding (which is one of the FEW things I didn't manage to eat yesterday!) Today I feel like total CRAP! I'm sluggish...I'm weak-feeling...just over all BLECH. There is no use in any of this....and nothing is worth feeling like this to me.
Also, I found out yesterday that my Vitamin D regimen was not continued as it should have been by my primary. This is another likely cause for my lethargy as my level was 5!!! I took a months worth of mega doses and then nothing else was prescribed. As of yesterday I am back on a regimen that my primary will need to monitor through my labwork. I will likely take this supplement for the rest of my life BUT, if it keeps me moving, I am happy about it!!! Something SO simple...
JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!!

No weight change....which isn't much of a surprise considering I haven't really been able to get back up and running quickly with regard to my walking since the bronchitis. It's okay though---wasn't a gain!!!
Thank you all for your positive comments! Let me just say this about the rest of my day---I TOTALLY blew it! Therefore, I will not be journaling/adding food until tomorrow!!! Thank GOD for another chance with each new day :)

I am not sure where my journal entries are going....hmm
Well, I haven't been tracking my food like I should. For whatever reason, I am SO tired by the end of the day. I did see my primary care doc and she was extremely happy with the changes I have made and the blood sugars I am getting but says that my body is probably in shock right now which is why they are not constant and steady yet.
She says we are shooting for a 25lb loss by July 10th so as to start removing more of my medications. I'd like to have lost more than that!!!
Either way.....JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!!

I am really feeling the difference in my clothes and that is a great feeling!! Although this cough is still hanging ON...I feel pretty good! The weather is getting warm and the sun in shining again. I am finding a whole lot more reasons to live healthy than to not. It's a good day--even if we are only half way through the work week! JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!
