Right direction at least. Made a mock fried rice yesterday (rice cauli) that turned out good. Too much egg and no soy sauce but I'd make it again.

Chicken and fried cabbage is the plan today YUM! Working on a project at work that will make a significant difference to at least 3 departments so I'm having fun with it. So cool when you can make an impact with something in your sweet spot.

It's weird what even a few pounds can change as far as stiffness and such. I noticed my face is a little puffy today and yesterday and today my fingers are a little more stiff than normal but don't hurt. Inflammation. It was a common feeling when I was doing a lot of bread and such. It'll get better by this weekend I bet.

Brain work today mostly. Need to pull it all together and feeling a little foggy here and there but not bad. Onward...

believe it or not, the food has been on plan. had pork chops 2x this week so that's part of it (ALWAYS makes me stall) but did NOT have the candy bar my brain kept telling me to get and my pants still fit. Just. Ugh.

Onward. This too shall pass.

Just keeping track and doing the right things. :) Food was really good yesterday. Didn't start the lemon water experiment yet, need to get to the store still. Still bottoming out for energy about 4/430 so not sure what that's about but need to start pushing through it. Feel like going to bed by 5pm and I'm NOT THAT OLD. Get it together! ;)

Made some chicken broth yesterday so may add that in and then pull the thigh meat and freeze it for later. Use the bones for more broth. Nothing extra in it so should be 0 carb (just chicken and water in the pot) and a freebie. Keep me warm :)

Busy-ish day today at work and an extra project. Need to keep the energy and focus up. Experiment in energy creation I guess :) Have a great day buddies. But first, coffee...
