Day 3. Got my goals for yesterday (drink more, meal prep, eat planned food) and seeing the scale move is satisfying. Had a huge salad last night which tasted good and got another one together for today while I was chopping veggies. Grilled my chicken so I have 4 grilled breasts that will last me a couple days. I split the thick chicken breast into cutlets before I cook them so it gives me 6 breasts for each 3 pack I buy. I don't need them that thick and it gives me more bang for my buck. Today the goals are to drink more (still working on it but going through a lot), eat the planned foods and take a 10 minute walk through the neighborhood. And laundry :) Might go see the oldest granddaughter if she's available, haven't seen her in a while. Run the day or it will run you...and don't eat stupid.

Day 2. Yesterday went well. 3 goals were to drink more, grocery shop and don't eat stupid. Check. Todays goals: drink more, eat the planned food during the eating window and meal prep for the rest of the week. I bought some chicken, bacon and veggies I want to cook and prep to make it easier to stay on task. Lots of things at work today so hopefully everyone there is busy enough to leave me alone for the most part. Still feeling the 2 day driving trip. Can't wait til Monday for my massage to get the body back in gear.

Reboot, day 1. Doing what I can for food until I shop later today. 2 day drive back from a 30+ day stay at my Dad's and last year was a cluster, so...yeah. Reboot.

Of course it did LOL. Because I was waiting for a new number the body slows down and says SURPRISE. Adventures in weight loss. This too shall pass...
Busy week but not bad. Worked extra last night to finish an audit so I'll be able to take off early to stay at 40 hrs this week. Not a bad thing. Stirfry and bacon/eggs on the menu today.
I hope your mid-week is going smoothly. If not, look for one good thing today and hang on tight. There's always one but you may have to really look for it. Have a great day buddies!
