Happy Monday! I'm feeling a bit better. I walked 10,000+ steps yesterday in the nice weather. I hope to get out and walk at lunchtime today. Be well.

I've been down for over a week. I'm trying to get my energy back. I did a Les Mills low-impact Mesh-up workout and felt a little better. I do know the benefit of moving my body (not overdoing it) to bring me back to my better self. Be well, everyone.

The winds have been so high here I can't walk outside. My head has been so stuffy. I am getting in some 10 -15 min. workouts 3-4 times a day in order to get my workouts done. Meal prepping is helping me to stay on track with my eating. Be well and stay safe.

Yum, a good friend of mine brought me a bag of fresh grapefruits from her mother's tree. OMG, they are so very delicious! I am so looking forward to going to the farmer's market for fresh fruits and veggies. Be well, everyone.
