I wouldn't trade my journey for the world. Naturally fit people will never appreciate the beauty of transformation. Also they will more than likely never have the knowledge to know that even if one looks great on the outside, one still maybe really sick on the inside.

So... here I am with my wonderful husband & there's me again with my wonderful rolls. 😂 The kids were too busy for a pic today. Then, there I am at the beginning of my journey.
I had my mess under total control today. I was totally capable of staying on plan. My husband took us to a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ buffet. It was $35 per person (local buffets are normally around $11). He JOKINGLY says, "If you leave out of here with just eating a salad, I will divorce you." 😂 They had every critter in the sea on the bar cooked every way possible. Much of it I had never tried before (some of it, I had never even heard of), so I CHOSE to off of plan today after my 18 hour fast. If your ever in Myrtle Beach, SC, Captain Benjamin's is the spot to eat!
Played on the beach with the kids all day. Wore them and the hubby out, and had some me time while they rested in the room. Sat on the beach and listened to the Country Music Festival (Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, etc live in concert) that went on behind me with a cold one in my hand. Great day!
Back on plan tomorrow, with somme meditation alone on the beach early in the morning planned. Maybe look for some sea shells and shark's teeth after my meditation and coffee before everyone wakes up. Parasailing & water park planned for tomorrow. Then home.
