Didn’t let myself down this week.
Feeling pleased with myself.
But, I stayed home all week and didn’t leave except to walk the puppy.
I have a few engagements this week to overcome. I am trying to recognize my weaknesses. My lack of self confidence, and inferiority complex after social engagements usually lead to bad eating choices.
Maybe putting this in my journal will strengthen my resolve.
Come Holy Spirit to guide me. 🕊
