This speaks volumes to so many! So many want the quick fix, so many give up when it is only a .25lb. loss, and lose sight that with any loss, no matter how 'small' it may seem, it is a loss! It is a win! I am proud of myself for staying dedicated and disciplined for this long. I am coming up to completing 3 months of my weight loss journey at the end of this week, week 12. It took me sooooooo long to stop being a heavy bump on a log and get moving, get back to my goals. I compared my results of losing 10lbs. to my results in 2019. In 2019 I lost weight based on diet alone. It was slow yes, but nonetheless, I was losing, not gaining. It took me 6 months to lose 10 lbs. Now compare that to this year, 2021, it took me 3 months, HALF that time. All I have done is incorporate more movement throughout the day, I took the what so many on here know how to call it, the NEAT approach. All this to say, keep up with your goals. Work on your patience to get to your goal. It will come. It will take time yes, but it will come. Time is always passing us by, always. Before you know it a year has passed and you have lost those 50 lbs. you always wanted. Time is of the essence folks. When you see these wonderful transformations, take into account how long it took them. Patience, Dedication, and Consistency is key to reaching your goals. Be blessed, and whatever your goals are for this week, I hope you smash them!
