Well gained a few, but thankfully not too bad. I am still not where I am, but not at all where I used to be. I started working out again this week, doing strength training that is. I have been keeping up with my walks, just not lifting and keeping my cals at a deficit. August was a trying month as I had to get used to my oldest being moved out the house going to a university. That shit is so bittersweet. I am so damn proud, but miss her daily hugs, her smiles, hearing her I love yous, just her whole self in my home. Anyway, I am at peace now knowing she is happy, and that she has a fantastic roommate, and has made friends. So now mama can get back to business and work on herself. Have a great Labor Day Weekend! Whatever your goals are for this week, I hope you smash them!

I'm afraid July will not be my month lol 🙃 Working on maintaining while eating salty foods. Hard for my body to release the excess salt which further delays the disappearance of it. Going to the beach next week with all 4 of my babies, been 10 years since we have been, and it will be my 2 youngest first time❤. Thankful I can afford to this year. Will report back in August and hit it just as hard, if not harder. On another note, I did sign up for a Half Marathon that will take place on October 31st. To help keep me accountable and keep me active! This week is my second week of training and I have already been able to shave off 5 mins of my run time from last week. Or some of you real runners may call it jogging lol. Anywho, I was at a 15 min mile last week and this week at a 12 min mile 😁. That is my goal is to keep a 12 min mile pace for the Half Marathon 🤞🤞.
