Today was a rough one. I hate running. I saw the workout last night on the website and dreaded it all night. I think I even tricked my body into getting a side cramp. My side cramped up before I even did any running, and it made the running a lot less enjoyable. But I did it. Honestly, afterwards it really wasn't too horrible. I was able to finish the whole thing in about 33 mins. I was a lot slower than everyone else though. I am just not a good runner. I can do everything else, but running just isn't good or fun for me.
