Today was a rough one. I hate running. I saw the workout last night on the website and dreaded it all night. I think I even tricked my body into getting a side cramp. My side cramped up before I even did any running, and it made the running a lot less enjoyable. But I did it. Honestly, afterwards it really wasn't too horrible. I was able to finish the whole thing in about 33 mins. I was a lot slower than everyone else though. I am just not a good runner. I can do everything else, but running just isn't good or fun for me.

A really nice, easy workout, which was good because not only is it my TOM, I am pretty sure the flu/cold that everyone around me has gotten but I've been avoiding is catching up to me. I felt really crummy last night, and pretty crummy this morning, but I think working out ultimately benefited me. I think I was able to sweat out a bunch of junk out of my system. I'm just hoping at this point it doesn't get too much worse.

Definitely struggled with the burpees. Originally I wasnt going to go this morning, but they are only doing two classes on Wednesday due to Veteran's day, and don't have classes on Thursday, so I figured I would suck it up and go. I'm definitely feeling better about going in the morning. It's not preferable, but it's doable!
