Another plateau. My calorie count is steady. Well, it's getting warm soon here in Mississippi so I guess that's when I can kiss this last 6 lbs. goodbye!

I took a column I found and turned it into a Hall Tree Coat Rack, added a power source and windows and mitered a box on top of it to give it this grand effect.

I should have put a hat on so I wouldn't have been squinting but oh well. The first picture was me back in August 2019 at 194 lbs. and the second picture is of me now at 174 lbs.

Simple dinner, a thick ham sandwich with one thick slice of tomato and one thick onion slice and some mayo and a side of Activia yogurt to promote good gut health. 490 Calories.
