I've been doing a few pushups, but damn if work wasn't such a drain in the first place. I barely have the energy to try to push myself up after using all of my tools all day. Anyways, hey FS, how is everyone doing?

So the drop was expected. I worked my ass off doing landscaping all day. I have been keeping it off by means of maintenance meal prep, and I am aiming for 169lbs. again. my biggest issue is stress right now. Finding a way to cope with stress by doing 100 pushups and 200 running situps a day is going to be my new norm.

Smoked Salmon Salad with avacados, pickles, and onions. Oh and an Activia yogurt too. down to 174lbs. again and trying to get back under the "overweight catagory" It's not a competition, but when I saw that Lonnie broke through, I had to give it a shot!!!
