One hour walking in the rain at night with hills. My goal is to exercise 1 hour every day for a total of 7 hours per week. I had to write that down because I heard that's a good way to achieve goals.

Spent 1 hour on the elliptical, moderate workout. Good burn for me.

My suggested RDI is 1700 calories, but if I eat that much I don't lose weight. On the other hand, if I don't eat that much my body thinks it's starving and hangs on to fat. Another site calculated my RDI at 1284 calories. HUGE difference. I'm sticking with the 1284...sort of. Sometimes in late afternoon I stop logging my food because I already know I'm over my budget. Guess I have a lot of stuff to figure out yet.
