" What seeds of thought are you planting in your Souls Garden?" Great question from my friend Diana's journal. Well, I am liking the fast five approach as this is day three and I am feeling I am making better choices and keeping my focus. It feels good to make the clear choice.

"Thats me all over" for awhile I felt like the scarecrow from the wizard of Oz... picking up the pieces and putting myself back together...scattered at times..juggling the things life has to offer and throw at you is a skill for sure.

I realize how much the weight, weighs me down and holds me back from well being and away from the person I truly am...Yes it is true that I love food, especially the sweet treats but I love myself as well.

TIME AND ENERGY: Time is money so to speak so where I am using my time and energy can be frustrating and draining or easy going and uplifting, Either way my time is very valuable. Treasured moments, the gift that keeps givng and the clock that keeps ticking. TOWANDA!!!!
