I decided to try a type of alternate day fasting where I eat nothing MWF, and eat normally SSTT. If you research ADF or alternate day fasting you'll find that there are a lot of health benefits to this type of fasting besides just weight loss. I went from thursday at 9 pm to this saturday morning for my first ever longer than 18/20 hour fasting period. I did have 2 coffees with cream, four cups of broth, and some green olives which actually have some calories though I think for the 36 hour fasting period it was only like 200 calories. I planned to do that initially so that I could succeed. Overall it was pretty easy and this morning I am not hungry at all. I'm just having my coffee with cream and probably won't eat until lunch. Anyhow it's starting off to be a good experience. Let me know if anyone has ever done this type of fasting. Have a great day!
