I am logging my weight a day early because I downloaded Plant Nanny (a water tracking app). It used some algorithm and told me I needed to drink 13 cups a day. So I want to see what the effects of drinkinv lots of water will have on mK weight loss!

What's everyone's story? Why did you decide to lose weight? Personally, my first weight loss journey it came from a place or hating my body. I had to do a lot of healing gained a lot of weight in the process learned to love myself and my body. And then this summer my mom was like I want to lose weight, do you wanna do it with me? And I was like sure. This time for me it was about controlling food and food not controlling me. Developing more autonomy over my body and what I put into it. (My mom hit her goal and has maintained it. Go Mom!!!! I had a little farther to go to begin with so I am still working on it.)

Very suprised I dropped a pound. Because of the virus, my family has been going to the store as little as possible. So no fresh fruit or veggies were eaten last week. We are ramchers so we have a freezer full of beefso we have had ALOT of beef and gravy and corn and greenbeans. But my mom was able go go to the store today. Bought fruit(man did I miss fruit) and now I can go back to eating the way I should be. Yay!!! I hope all of y'all stay safe and sane and healthy!
