Went to do my SWAT (assist in Taekwondo classes) I usually do 3. 45g carbs in before going BUT I had a lot of protein during the day!Had Promasil and hour before the first class, checked blood glucose 5.8mmols, did the second and third classes with one dextrose in between, checked blood glucose 5.7mmols. Had a break, at a small amount of trail mix, checked blood glucose after class 4.8mmols.
Now eating chicken. It was a much better day.

Much better night. Had 70g of carbs before first kickboxing class, survived the second black belt class! Did get the shakes but when I checked my blood glucose it was 7.0mmols. I dunno what that’s about. Nearing the end of my third class which was BJJ, I didn’t roll at the end and checked blood glucose and it was 5.9mmols. Checked again before eating and it was 6.2mmols 30mins after class.

Tanked again during kickboxing class. Needed to take dextrose again. I had only eaten 52g of carbs throughout the day before class. So... what is going on? I had a fruit & but bar before BJJ to hold me up but today was a struggle. Is this thyroid, it definitely is diabetic being low, and my energy is just not quite optimal.
I don’t know what is going on but it’s not fun.
