TOTALLY SICK today. It hit me like a ton of bricks last night. Feels like the flu....body aches all over, chills, nausea, soar throat, stuffed nose. I'm a total mess!!
All I've eaten today so far was a bowl of plain Cheerios & my son fed me 1/2 of his gingerbread pop tart to make me feel better. So sweet of him!!!
1/2 cup whole wheat noodles with butter
2 sugar cookies

BREAKFAST = My boys ate GIGANTIC cinnamon rolls in front of me while I nibbled on my 2 celery stalks & dipped them into natural peanut butter. TALK ABOUT WILLPOWER!!!! I also had my morning cup o' joe with s/f vanilla creamer. That coffee is my morning "treat" & I think it keeps me from devouring the baked goods...which by the way I BAKED!!! so I only have myself to blame if I give into temptation BUT I WON'T...NOTHING tastes as good as being fit & healthy!!!
SNACK = 1 oz reduced fat cheddar
LUNCH = 1 slice of leftover turkey loaf & green beans
SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with s/f vanilla creamer & approx 25 almonds
***Started to get a cold so many cups of tea with honey & lemon- yes I know that honey is a no no but it feels good on my soar throat***
DINNER = big hamburger w/out bun & 2 slices of melted cheddar cheese
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles
Need to eat more veggies tomorrow
Skipping exercise today ....not feeling up to it. My hubby cycled for 7 miles to burn up all the calories from the cinnamon rolls I made him polish off!!

I'm down just a couple of pounds as I suspected. I'm going to battle on with another week of Phase 1 & then move onto Phase 2 which is a lot more tolerable for me. Hopefully now that I'm exercising it will help to move these extra lbs off.
BREAKFAST = 2 celery stalks- 1 dipped in light cream cheese & the other dipped in natural peanut butter. 1 cup of coffee with s/f vanilla creamer
SNACK = 1 slice of beef jerky & 1 oz of cheddar cheese
LATE LUNCH = salad greens with 1 slice of swiss cheese & 1 thick slice of ham chopped up with 2T Drew's sesame lime dressing
SNACK = 1 grande pumpkin latte & 15 almonds (ate lunch too late & caved in)
DINNER = 1 thick slice of turkey loaf
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles
EXERCISE = 20 minutes of cycling

BREAKFAST = woke up late so I had to pick something up @ my work's cafeteria- approx 20 almonds & some low fat granola & 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup.
LUNCH = meatloaf & green beans
DINNER = leftover chinese food- chicken, beef & veggies in spicy sauce
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgcicles
EXERCISE = 30 mins of cycling
Excited to weigh in tomorrow. I only think I will have lost a pound or 2 but better to lose than to gain!!

BREAKFAST = 3 thin slices of ham & 1oz of cheddar cheese. 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup
SNACK = 20 almonds
LUNCH = chicken vegetable soup & small salad with grilled chicken & vinagrette
SNACK = (lunch did not keep me full) 1oz of cheddar cheese..still hungry & out of snacks brought from home so I ate approx 1/2 cup of popcorn
DINNER = take out chinese- chicken, beef, & shrimp with broccoli & assorted chinese veggies
DESSERT = 1 s/f fudgecicle
**My hubby picked up a stationary recumbant bike for me today- HOORAY!!! I am really excited to use it**
