BREAKFAST = My boys ate GIGANTIC cinnamon rolls in front of me while I nibbled on my 2 celery stalks & dipped them into natural peanut butter. TALK ABOUT WILLPOWER!!!! I also had my morning cup o' joe with s/f vanilla creamer. That coffee is my morning "treat" & I think it keeps me from devouring the baked goods...which by the way I BAKED!!! so I only have myself to blame if I give into temptation BUT I WON'T...NOTHING tastes as good as being fit & healthy!!!

SNACK = 1 oz reduced fat cheddar

LUNCH = 1 slice of leftover turkey loaf & green beans

SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with s/f vanilla creamer & approx 25 almonds

***Started to get a cold so many cups of tea with honey & lemon- yes I know that honey is a no no but it feels good on my soar throat***

DINNER = big hamburger w/out bun & 2 slices of melted cheddar cheese

DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles

Need to eat more veggies tomorrow

Skipping exercise today ....not feeling up to it. My hubby cycled for 7 miles to burn up all the calories from the cinnamon rolls I made him polish off!!
