Normal for me at the end of a month to be up a few. But still at this and not giving up. Dad and I are back to researching the better way of life. We have done nothing but research and try what has worked. Been really stressed over school...and I think it is playing a role in my slower weight loss. I am not complaining this site has changed my life. Thanks for all the encouraging words everyone

Sorry I haven't been on to help support everyone. Gone back to school and barely have time on the computer unless is homework. Still on track with eating but I think at 45 my memory and skills are going to S*&T. Hope everyone is doing well.
