Breakfast: organic whole milk plain yogurt with fresh fruits.
When you’re on a refined sugar free diet for a while, fruits taste like candy and treats. Amazing how flavorful whole foods are naturally and how sensitive my taste buds have become.

- Air fried chicken breast with olive oil spray and Montreal Chicken seasoning
- Salad with avocado ranch dressing
- Barley tea
Lunch is my biggest meal. Stuffing myself with a ton of veggies and protein I like helps curb my craving for carbs and sugars.
