been gone for a few days...just maintaining, I'll be honest, I'm not sure why my weight went back up, but it just means I have to go harder. I've been eating great, I haven't massively cheated. the only thing I might do is over eat all the healthy stuff. lol

...so it's just the regular up and down that is experienced with this journey I guess. I'm totally okay with it. (today anyway lol) it's amazing how you feel when you finally come down and then, just one point or so back up and you're ready to throw in the towel. lol. but I'm ready to stay committed! even when I see the extra pound I'm still going to stay with the choices I made and stay healthy. I'm doing this for the right reasons this time.

had a bit of a binge yesterday. out of nowhere I was super greedy and couldn't control it. but I made sure I ate healthy though. didn't want to eat badly, I just wanted to eat. plain and simple. it's alright, I see that eating "dirty" versus eating healthy even on a "binge" does feel different, and affects the body differently. I still have a lot of work and a long ways to go. any suggestions for belly bloat?

not sure of I wrote on Tuesday, it's Wednesday and I'm just putting an entry in. I feel like I overate today. I OD'ed on dry roasted peanuts. ☹️ and animal crackers. just couldn't control the urges. but again at least it's semi healthier choices, and I didn't go and buy potato chips or chocolate, or fast food. there is some stress in my life and I have to identify it because I think that's what it is. I also realized I introduced sugar back into my diet when I started eating dates. i sware my tummy looks to be a bit bloated again. I need suggestions on how to reduce belly bloat...
