Well.... Lets try this again. I am learning to live with the pain, doctors say I can't do any more damage to the discs. Hope they are right!

I AM GOING TO PUT ANY TYPE OF EXCISE ON HOLD FOR A WHILE - HOPEFULL NOT FOREVER :(.

I haven't been recording anything for quite a while now. I was hoping it was only going a “short” hiatus, but apparently the cause of my hip and leg pains is a ruptured disc and a couple flattening disc in my lower back that is pinching a nerve. It does not look like it is going to get better any time soon. The doctor suggested I get a handicap placard for my car. So, as much as I want to lose more, my immediate concern is being about walk without a cane.
I am still going to be checking on my buddies, but for now that is the best I can do.
