Salad greens from garden. Kale, Swiss chard, beet greens. Other veggies: tomato, cucumbers, onion, dill pickles, green olives, red and yellow peppers.
Potato plate: 2 potatoes medium size: with mustard, sauerkraut, dill pickles. Water.

Fell off the wagon during the pandemic saddness. I'm here to get back to it. I've been gardening and walking. The added weight has begun to make my feet and legs hurt. It's time to work on my health focus again.
