This is my why to lose this excess weight and get healthy: we are working on a project that we have been planning for a few years. It is a van conversion for camping/rv. I want to be able to help with this project and I want to fit comfortably in this small space. I want to get in and out of the van more easily.
We cut out the top of the van over the July 4th weekend and picked up the frame to create a topper for the van so we can stand in the van! The giant hole in the top of the van means we are really doing this!!
So this is a great time to work on my transformation while transforming this van. I can imagine the transformation of the van! While transforming myself.

Super happy to this progress on the scale. I am feeling better and less groggy also. My feet are still pretty sore. This holiday weekend the 4th of July was a challenge to stay on track. We were busy with home projects so we're eating more on a quick bite here and there. I did make a batch of potatoes to have for ready snacks, had cantaloupe and strawberries and to help take my sweet tooth. I made banana oat pancakes and a bean soup as well.
