And that's what happens when I eat carbs... 3lb overnight gain. White rice, celery, carrots, wasabi edamames & dried apricots. It's all good though, I'm not gonna let it ruin my day. I know how to "fix" this. ;)

So I went on an emotional eating binge yesterday (Gawd... I need for T.O.M to get here already!) Thankfully my metabolism is stronger than i thought, lol..whew!!
