A small loss. I really don't understand. I have Menieres disease and have been having days of being dizzy and throwing up. Am taking meds now which is starting to control it. But after the first 4 days of this, I weighed myself and had gained a half pound. And I thought I would lose. but I was only laying in bed most of the day. It is never easy. Sorry for the complaining.

Not a good !month. Gained this week and also had a .6 lb. gain for August. Too many goodies. Need to get on track for this month. And start recording every bite. Onward and downward!
