I've had a stomach bug. Haven't eaten much the last 3 days and never lost an ounce. In fact I gained an ounce. I haven't been tracking either so another black mark. Don't understand it, but will try to keep on track better 🙁

I have been a slacker. Not recording my food, just being lazy, I guess. So will try and do better in May.

A small loss over Easter. So I am happy as I wasn't logging any food just trying to eat sensibly. So Will keep on with regular logging in now.

Haven't been tracking this past month, just to see how I would do. So I am satisfied with the results. A small loss, I will take any loss. So I am on the right track. After Easter will try and get in the losing mode .
