Cooked Wild Rice, Green Curry Sauce (h/m) Greek Yogurt and Chopped Green Onions, for an early appetizer... 274 calories.

I also remembered to get some Vinyl Gloves, for hand mixing food. Some of the Spices I use can be very staining, and takes a bit of scrubbing to get the discolouration off. I also like the idea of no chance of cross-contamination, by changing gloves in between changeovers.

Food prep time... grinding some Cumin, Schezwan and Black Pepper to add to some Onion, Garlic, Turmeric, smoked Paprika, Cayenne, Rosemary, Chili, and Hing powder... with a tsp of Oregano flakes for good luck. That will spice 1.35kgs of Lean Ground Beef. Then it will get weighed into 120g portions, pressed into patties, then bagged, tagged and into the freezer. Also picked up a 2.2kg Pork Loin for slicing and dicing, some will get seasoned with Tandoori, Garlic, Onion, Rosemary, Hing, and smoked Paprika powder. Then bagged, tagged etc... The rest I haven't decided yet.

Missed Breakie, so it's a double Beef, Mushroom and Cheese Burritos. 150g cooked Lean gr Beef. 1 1/2 large Crimini Mushrooms and 70g of marble cheese, wrapped in Tortizza shells,,, those are sides of Tajin Chili Sauce, and some Greek Yogurt... it's yumdillyicious!

Breakfast Burrito... 2 scrambled eggs, chopped Mushrooms, chopped Green Onion, cubed Bologna, Marble Cheese, wrapped in a Tortizza shell... some Tajin Chili Sauce on the side.
