I'm going to therapist today, PCP on Monday. Stopped taking one of the depression meds yesterday. Increased appetite and emotional eating, bad food choices. I will not hit 300 again. I will do better today than yesterday. Have a good weekend.

trying to stay positive with chaos going on. Tues. Dr. appt. started some meds. Have bible study tonight, weather permitting. See therapist tomorrow. Today I will be grateful for what I have and not the things I don't have. 2016 can only get better. Have a good day.

Having depression medicine issues, binge eating. Going to doctor on Tuesday. Afraid of change. Don't know what hurdle or wall is in the way of getting below 270. A pound a day since last journal entry. With the weight I have lost I can move more. I don't know how to deal with the damage I have done to my body. Crying like a baby. Can't get more honest than that. Hoping to get s**t together to continue on this journey.

Staying in today and moving forward. Some struggling with with over eating under eating. Eat healthy, Drink water and Move. Stay positive and smile.
