I will continue this journey, and not let a number scare me! What I mean is I get to a certain number, then self sabotage. I will be getting close to that hurdle and have to go over, under or around. Positive into the brain and negative get out. I can do this today. Have an awesome day.

Ate everything I wanted to eat over the weekend. Not all healthy choices. I am back on track today. Went for walk today, and dusted off my punching bag. I will release the weight by next weigh in. SMILE! Have a good week.

Release weight, choose to eat healthy today. My emotions will not control my food choices. Sleep is all messed up, fall asleep from being exhausted, but do not stay asleep for more than 2-3 hours. Reading on relaxation and meditation, sleepy time tea. Start of a new day, smile and have a awesome week.
