Well now I got through that 7 day Keto challenge. It wasn't bad really, Just different. I lost a few and I'm just about there to do my weigh in, as I've said I wasn't until I drop back down to where I left off. So hopefully by my actual weigh in day I would be submitting it. Ok Nothing else is going on exciting in my life lol, I hope you guys day has been great and that you are still pressing forward. I'll keep moving.

Wonderful day it has been. Got me some much needed rest. All is well with the challenge I can see a difference. I need to know where I'm headed in the next two days when the challenge is done. They want me to pay for a 40 day challenge but I think if I do this thing a while longer. I'm just going to go and find what I can find. I'm not rolling in money foot lol IJS. I hope everyone has had a great weekend. we can do this thing. I'll keep moving....

I just thought to put this here. I was reading a comment on one of my journals. Yes I started a 7 day Keto challenge the other day. I'm in the 4th day, so far so good with it. My thing is . I really don't like cooking anymore. I have to though, It's been a good day. all is well. I'm hoping the same for you guys. Have a great and safe weekend. I'll keep moving.

Getting through another day. It is a better one. But I guess that is the way life goes.( a box of chocolate you never know what you going to get lol) I'm doing ok even with dealing with my nerve issues. I have dropped a couple pound. But I'm sticking to what I said. No weigh in until I get back to where I left off. Been looking into information about the Keto diet. Sounds interesting .I don't know. But at least I'm still searching. I hope this has been a very fruitful day for you guys. We can do this I believe in us. I'll keep moving...

Hello to my FS family. Man if it is not one thing it is another. Get one thing going good for yourself then something negative seem to follow. I'm not discouraged. as always I have to find ways around things, until I find what will work. I won't go into any detail. but I'm ok. I hope all is well with everyone. I'll keep moving.
