I'm finding the weekends are the hardest times to stay on track with my diet. I went to the movies with my daughter, but resisted buying any snacks. I did have two hand fulls of her M and Ms, I have to admit. They were yummy too! My husband brought home a block of Club Dark Chocolate on Friday evening, but we managed to spin it out over 3 nights. We had coffee down town yesterday. I usually drink long black, but I treated myself to a Skinny Cappuchino instead. It doesn't take much to spend the RDI's. I'm losing weight (slowly) but am worried about KEEPING it off. I have 2 KGS to go.

Had a very busy day of work yesterday and blew my diet when I got home. Fortunately, the scales this morning still recorded a loss! Must have burnt more fuel working than I thought.
Back on track today, though, starting with porridge.

Today is Tuesday. Went out to dinner last night for friends birthday. Enjoyed the meal but did top it off with birthday cake and a hot chocolate, which sent me over my RDI. Back on track today, starting with my Slim Right shake. Maybe tomorrow I can enjoy a bowl of yummy muesli! :-)

Went out to the local Indian restaurant on Saturday night, made a Chicken Curry for dinner on Sunday night, and tonight I'm going out to dinner with a friend to celebrate her birthday. She wants to go to the local Golf club- because tonight they have their Indian Night menu!
Oh well, at least my bowels have been regular!
