Quick question for my experts. I know I have to drink lots and lots of water, but I'd prefer to put some of the no-cal enhancers in there for taste. Is this ok? I can drink gallons as long as it have some flavor. Thanks...

Finally nice enough out there to get some walking in. I can get 5-6000 steps in at lunch, around 2 miles if I hurry. Also trying to leave 5 WW points on the table each day. I just want to lose 3 this week so I can get my 10%. Last week's minor bounce really fueled my motivation, as expected. Thanks for all the support...nice to be in this community.

I dunno. Was on the road this week first time on WW. Couldn't track a point but knew my limits. Still had best drop since week 1. Only a couple of pounds to 10%.
