I'll take it. Was out sick a couple of days so no exercise. My Bday week is here. Gonna be tough!! I will try to keep it reasonable. Have a great weekend everyone!

I'm 90% of the man I was in February...told you it was the uniform that was weighing me down last week! Spent the week on the road and did not eat well, as predicted. But I did walk run on the hotel treadmill to burn off as much junk as I could. Back home for the next month. Goal is 15%!

Well, unexpected considering all the exercise I did. In my defense, I was wearing my Coast Guard Auxiliary uniform because I have training. The thing weighs a ton! I was hoping to stay the same as last week at least. So, I am bummed. On top of this, I'm on the road again next week...tough eating ahead.
