I haven't been tracking my food on here in an attempt to just get used to low carb eating...I know the big things to stay away from, and I've been doing pretty well. Still continuing to lose weight :).

Wow! It took two weeks to get back to my pre-4th of July weight. I really went overboard with the cheating!!!
I know that once and awhile, I'm going to have higher carb things, but when I do cheat from now on, I'm going to stick to ONE cheat meal or cheat item...not go nuts all day long! Not only did I "gain" about 7 pounds, but I felt like complete crap for a week!
And I WILL be cheating on my birthday at the end of the month (yummy yummy burrito I've been missing you!) but sticking to the plan til then for sure. Thank god I don't like birthday cake... ;)

Well I certainly cheated yesterday! Nacho chips, buns on my burger, even dessert...but time spent with my family and making sure I tried something of what everyone brought was worth it! And since I plan on following this WOE for the rest of my life, its realistic that I'm going to have a day every once in awhile where I do just enjoy eating with everyone else and not having my dorky little plate of food made just for me! lol. But back to the diet today! :)
