my scales are moving the wrong way! im still juggling around with the calorie/kilojoule counting thing, thought i would try something different this time instead of ww point counting but! its not working too well.
have been finding it hard to get the balance right re the amount of calories i need vs a limit for weight loss.
also... had a binge last night, a whole pkt of choc bisc, i dont normally have them in the house because i can never portion myself, i dont know why i do that to myself id hate to think what i would be like if we lived at the back of a shop/diary! note to self. buy treats for occasions immediately before needed.
hopefully i can pull myself up this week.

well have a slight increase this week (sadface) am trying to get my food intake balance sorted, have been using an app on my phone called my diet diary but felt it was giving me too few calories per day so changed to my fitness pal which i think gives me too many kilojoules per day! so been a topsy turvy week trying to find my balance, hope next week goes better.
my treadmill still not going, hopefully today or tomorrow my new mat arrives so have been going to the pool a couple of times this week instead, which ive enjoyed but its not enough exercise for me. well upwards for this coming week i hope! have a great week everyone x

I have had a pretty good week, although my running mat on my treadmill has ripped! so havent been on it for a few days while waiting for glue to set,hoping that will fix it without having to buy a new one.
went aquajogging last night at pool,havent done that for many months enjoyed it, and not too sore today at all.

a very teeny loss but ill take it! i think the new calorie count programme im following might be just too low and my body storing. plan to eat a little bit more this week and step up a bit more on exercise and see how that works.cheers everyone have a great week

a small loss but ill take it! always lose slowly when i step up the exercise, feeling good but a bit sore. have been good with food and diarying what im eating and that helps, cheers everyone
