weekend away damage done! goal for this week; get mojo back! its surprising how much damage a little alcohol, and a bit heavier eating and a bit less exercise can do!!have a good week everyone i intend to be very good!!

grr my bodys doing its usual when i get to this point in my weightloss! it doesnt seem to want to drop any more. this has happened about three times now, i get to just under 70 kg and wham! cant seem to get rid of the last few kg to reach goal,any ideas how i can ramp it down (not up) would be appreciated!

happy with that this week, been good weather here this week so have managed to fit in some extra walks outside at night, as well as morning treadmill walks.
