This FAA food plan seems to really work for me! I almost can't believe it...I'm eating carbs and losing weight??? I definitely starved and deprived myself on other plans...I can actually eat like this for the rest of my life...it really isn't a diet. Incredulous.

I've been following the FAA food plan to the letter. (Man, do I have an issue with authority--even with flippin' diets!)

And I have to say: following this FAA food plan works. I'm already feeling more and balanced.

I have gone 3 days now without my afternoon coffee run. And, I haven't needed a nap. Huge relief to eliminate that dependency.

First year of teaching--ridiculously stressful. That, paired with a ridiculously long and hard winter. Voila. Right back where I was 6 years ago. Depressed. This truly is my coping mechanism. I have to make wellness my coping mechanism. Here we go. The First Step of the Journey.
