Well I had my abdominal plasty about 2 weeks ago. I am almost fully recovered and loving my new body. Also sticking to my healthy lifestyle.

4lbs away from my goal. So close... And lately because ppl see my results I have had 3 people from my work ask me what I am doing to lose weight. So I told them and the one has asked me to continue to help her and help her along her journey. I also link her to thi site. She is doing amazing. Never thought i would have inspired anyone in my life when i was at my highest weight. Now i am more then willing to help anyone i can.
