Well I was still in a crappy mood,not wanting to do anything this morning but I went out anyways. I worked on my perennial flower beds.I have alot around my greenhouse business. They all need weeding, dividing and cleaning. I was hoping I would feel better once I got moving, if not then knowing I got something done would still make me feel better. Well about half way through I realized I was moving like a demon and was actually in a good mood!! I got a ton done and still have ambition to spare. TOM must be lifting dare I say. Well I am hoping this holds up overnight, I am going to gym early morning tomorrow.

Grocery shopping and errands this morning, cleaning the rest of the day. TOM came yesterday. I have the miserable mood that goes with it.I have alot to do tomorrow so I need to snap out of it. I am going to bed hoping to wake refreshed and in a better mood!

Well today has been a good day over all. Went to the gym first thing this morning like I wanted. Controlled myself when just wanted to EAT!
because of hunger then because of emotions. I need to go grocery shopping in the morning after gym for veggies. I am hoping to get alot work done tommorrow I am running out of time the weather is changing.Which gives me stress especially when I am taking the time for the gym. I need to just get it done!

So today is day 2 of induction. This is the first time I have tracked calories doing Atkins, I think it will make it sucessful for me. I have a habit of eating more then I should without parameters. Getting your calories to high I feel is easy with the higher fat content of the food recomended. I am also very seriously using my gym membership again. I was very active today which may me very hungry if I wasn't tracking calories I know I would have overate on protien. Well gym comes early!
