I'm not gonna update my weight thingy for a bit. I've been emotional lately and I woke up with cramps.

I had a fun size M&M pack earlier, so I'll skip lunch today. Not even hungry so it doesn't matter. Only one pack. (75 calories according to google)

Day 1; 110.6
Last time I weighed myself, I was 110.2. I think what happened was that I didn't get enough exercise after dinner (I usually go for walks) or it could be that I weighed myself on a weekday, where I can't sleep in because of school, which can cause weight gain. I also did have second helpings of dinner recently, too. Maybe it was that. Maybe it was that. Maybe it was all three reasons. The important thing is that it isn't too much and could just be very well a fluctuation. I can still do this!

Hello! I'm new here! I've been searching for some active weight loss support groups, but I couldn't find any until now! I've been on a low activity weight loss support website for so long, I started to feel unmotivated and starting slipping up because of it, but I found one now, and I'm so excited to get support! This is going to be so much fun!:)
