I'm really excited! I never thought I would be able to get past 109! Hopefully, I can keep this up... I've started to eat out of a smaller bowl whenever I can and I don't allow myself seconds unless I'm actually hungry or it's my cheat day. Speaking of cheat days, instead of having a scheduled cheat day, I have to lose five pounds in order to earn a cheat day. I think it's helping me stick to my diet. Another thing that I'm thinking is helping me stick to my diet is my new point system. If I lose a pound, I get a point. If I gain a pound, I lose a point. Five points and I get a cheat day. If I have an undeserved cheat day, then I lose a point. Pretty simple. I'd recommend it if you have trouble staying on track. Just think about the points.

I actually lost weight during my period! I'm still on it though... I've also started exercising after dinner. I'm going to start pushing my self with the exercise, too! At least I'll try...
