Really working hard to keep my keto limits, per Dr. Snozyk: >10% carbs >70% fat. Very close today at 69%. Added crème freche to my diet to boost fat. put it in coffee this am. In AM fat way up over 70%. I felt very good and had lots of energy for pickleball. My mind seems clearer and I'm less tired.

Need to get back on track keeping those carbs below 50g/day and get fat in the 70% range. Introduced crème freche to increase fat.

Yay! I've finally dropped under 240! It will probably bounce up and down a couple of pounds, but this is the first time it's dropped this low. Encouraging!
